Walk Two Moons
In The book Walk Two Moons by Sharon Creech compares two girls completely
different lives but the same situation. The main character in this book is
Salamanca (Sal). Sal is a independent thirteen year old girl who wants to
find her mother. The problem is Sal’s mom is in Lewiston Idaho. Sal tried to
solve the problem by going on a road trip to Idaho to follow her mother's
footsteps. Sal tried to solve the problem when her mom left and when her
dad went to see Sal’s mom Sal tried to go but her dad wouldn’t let Sal go.
In the end Sal realized what the understanding of life is.
